Return Policy

30 Days Return On Every Order

We hope your order exceeds your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

1. Generate Return Authentication Code:

Click here to obtain the Return Authentication Code (RAC).

If your order has more than one product, please generate separate Return Authentication Code (RAC) for each product.
Each Return Authentication Code (RAC) has a validity period. Please ensure that we receive the Returns within the validity period. We will not accept the Returns after the validity period.

2. Prepare Your Return Package:

Package your return and remember to include all original packaging material. Please write the Return Authentication Code (RAC) on the outside of the box you are returning.

3. Ship It:

Insure the package and ship it to:

Please note that FedEx and UPS will only insure packages up to $500. For items worth more than $500, please ship your package through USPS, insured for the total value of the contents.

4. Get The Refund:

On receiving the package, we will inspect and verify the condition of the items. We will take approximately five business days to process your returns. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase.

Please Note:

The following items can not be accepted for return:

Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way.
Customized or engraved jewelry.
Uninsured packages or packages that are not properly packaged.
Packages without the Return Authentication Code (RAC).
