You agree and acknowledge to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy by accessing MontRED website (“Site”) or by using the services offered by MontRED (“Services”). Please do not access the Site or use the Services if you do not agree to these Terms. MontRED reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. So we suggest that you check this page regularly for any changes.

Pricing:

While we try to make every attempt to avoid the errors, data sometimes might be inaccurately displayed on the Site. MontRED will not honor any inaccurate or erroneous prices. MontRED reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.

Sales tax is applicable only on the orders shipped to the addresses within Michigan State .

Returns:

For any reason if you are not satisfied, MontRED has an easy return policy. For details, please read the Return Policy.

Comparison Buying:

Comparison buying means buying several products with the purpose of keeping the product you like best and returning the rest. Please note that we do not permit comparison buying since it results in excessive restocking and inventory overhead.

Shipping:

MontRED offers free shipping on all its orders. For details, please read the Shipping Policy.

Content:

By posting any kind of content on MontRED, you are granting permission to us and others to access, use, and edit it. You also grant to MontRED a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, non-exclusive, right and license to use such content in all media existing now or created in the future as MontRED deems necessary. You agree that MontRED will have no obligation to keep any of your content confidential. You agree not to post any copyrighted content on the Site.

Gift Certificate:

• Gift Certificates must be redeemed only through MontRED's website http://www.montred.com
• Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificates should be spent within two years from the date of issuance, which is the "expires on" date included with the Gift Certificate. (Does not apply to California or where prohibited by law.)
• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and can not be returned for a cash refund. Gift Certificates are not transferable.
• Gift Certificates can not be used to buy Gift Certificates.
• MontRED is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
• Gift Certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
• Use and/or purchase of a Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of MontRED's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property:

MontRED solely and exclusively owns all the intellectual property and other rights, title and interests in and to the Services and the Site, except as expressly provided for in these Terms.

Limited License:

Subject to your agreement with these Terms, MontRED grants you a limited revocable license to access and use the Site and the Services for its intended purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• collect or use information contained on the Site for purposes prohibited by MontRED
• compete with MontRED
• create derivative works based on the content of the Site or download or copy the Site except for page caching.

MontRED may withdraw the license granted to you if you use the Site in a manner that exceeds the scope of this license or breach these Terms.

Prohibited Use:

You may not cause harm to the Site or the Services. For example, you may not:

• Harm the Site and the Services by using viruses or any other programs or technology designed to disrupt or damage any software or hardware.
• Use a robot, spider or other device or process to monitor the activity on or copy page from the Site, except in the operation of an internet search engine or similar technology.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use any meta-tags, search terms, key terms, or the like that contain MontRED’s name.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with another user’s ability to use or enjoy the Services.
• Assist or encourage any third party in engaging in any activity prohibited by these Terms.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability:

MontRED provides the Site and the Services on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. MontRED does not warrant that the Site and Services will be uninterrupted, or the information contained on the Site will be accurate, reliable or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

 Under no circumstances shall MontRED be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, or any other damages whatsoever (however arising, including by negligence), including without limitation, damages related to use, misuse, reliance on, inability to use and interruption, suspension, or termination of the Site or Services, damages incurred through any links provided on the Site and the non-performance thereof and damages resulting from loss of use, sales, data, good-will or profits, whether or not MontRED has been advised of such possibility. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with this Site or Services or with MontRED shall be to terminate the use of this Site and Services.
